Rental Application

The above rental rates are subject to change, you will be responsible for the rent amount in place on the day you move in. 

All units are equipped with washer and dryer hookups and all major appliances. 

Please make sure you meet the criteria before placing your application.  

-All applicants must make 3.0 times the monthly rent, have no prior evictions and/or debt owed to another complex/landlord. 

-Applicants must be in good standing with LG&E & Water services.  

-Must be 21 years old to apply. 

-All applicants must be at their jobs for at least 6 consecutive months. 

-the resident also agrees to not smoke inside/outside of your unit on your patio or balcony. 

Please return this application with your two most recent paycheck stubs and application fee. 

Application fee:  1 person $40.00 

                            2 people $80.00 

                     (Both are non-refundable) 

Damage deposit: $500.00 (MONEY ORDER) – No checks   Please be aware that once your apartment is ready you have 14 days to take possession, or you will lose the apartment and your deposit.  

All residents are responsible for their own LG&E and Water services.
